With over a decade of experience in strategy and financial services, Alejandra operates at the intersection of traditional finance and the digital asset economy, helping bridge global payment networks with the next generation of crypto infrastructure. She has worked closely with major players across Europe, the Americas, APAC and MEA, structuring cross-border issuing models, principal memberships, and large-scale card programs that bring crypto closer to everyday payments.

Beyond her role at Mastercard, Alejandra is an Adjunct Professor at IE University, where she teaches FinTech and financial markets, and she is a strong advocate for financial education and inclusion. She is also the founder of a growing community focused on empowering women to build financial independence through investing and entrepreneurship.
