Dima Foremnyi entered the crypto world in 2016 through legal research on cryptocurrencies and blockchain regulation.
What started as a side project quickly pulled him deeper into the space.

Before Web3, Dima worked as a lawyer in Ukraine and the Netherlands, advising multinational corporations and law firms.
He later moved into startups and venture capital, running a legal tech accelerator at HiiL, co-leading the Legal Hackers global community, and helping over 100 early-stage companies grow.
He also organized 50+ events on legal innovation and startup building.

Since 2021, Dima has been fully focused on Web3.
He's a General Partner at 3X Capital, backing early-stage Web3 startups, and the founder of Venture Launch, an acceleration and fundraising platform for Solana-based projects.
He also leads the Ukrainian Hub for the Internet Computer Protocol (ICP), supporting developer adoption and ecosystem growth.
