Introduction

Eduardo Espinheira is a Business Manager, Project Management Consultant, and University Lecturer based in Portugal. He currently leads consulting and staffing services at QAValue, supporting organisations in aligning strategy and execution through practical, people-centred approaches. His work focuses on project delivery, digital transformation, organisational effectiveness, and the development of resilient teams across European business environments.

Eduardo has extensive experience in project and programme management, stakeholder engagement, and transformation initiatives, having contributed to large-scale projects in sectors such as retail, healthcare, technology, and IT services. As a consultant and trainer, he has worked with managers and professionals across Europe, helping them strengthen leadership capabilities, improve delivery practices, and navigate complex organisational change.

Alongside his professional and academic work, Eduardo is an active communicator and facilitator, with experience in conferences, executive education, and professional communities. He is also the creator of The Machiavellian Project Manager, a storytelling-based series exploring the real challenges, tensions, and lessons of modern project environments. As host of CODA 2026, Eduardo brings a management and transformation perspective to the conversation, combined with a strong personal interest in crypto-assets, emerging technologies, and their impact on organisations, markets, and society.
