Inês Monteiro holds a Bachelor's and a Master’s degree in Psychology from Universidade do Porto, with a specialization in Pedagogical Intervention, Education, and Human Development. She also completed a Postgraduate Program in Pedagogical Innovation and Educational Change at Universidade Católica Portuguesa (UCP). With additional training in clinical psychology, education, and human resources, her professional experience includes vocational guidance, transversal skills development, and pedagogical innovation.
She is currently a researcher at the Católica Learning Innovation Lab (CLIL) and a second-year PhD student in Education Sciences at UCP, focusing on inclusive education in higher education.
