Previously Paulo was COO of Public Mint and CEO of IntellectEU's Portuguese Offices (blockchain R&D center). Paulo is a seasoned Payments Professional with over 20 years in the Cards & Payments Industry.During his career Paulo performed roles as Head of the Portuguese SWIFT Service Bureau, Strategist and Product Analyst and Head of the Portuguese blockchain/DLT Banking Working Group.
He's frequently present in several international forums and working groups regarding Payments, e-Identity and blockchain.
