Regine Haschka-Helmer has over 25 years of experience in the digital media industry and is recognized as a thought leader in Web3, AI & Web3 convergence, AI agents, Blockchain, and Industry 4.0. She previously served as CEO of the publicly listed I-D Media AG. In 2010, she founded Seedlab GmbH, which supports startups and established businesses in developing innovative digital business models, marketing, and technology solutions. She then spent four years as Executive Director of Market Strategy at the IOTA Foundation, a leading distributed ledger technology project.

Currently, Regine is a jury member for the Deep Tech Award in Berlin (Web3 category) and advises various Web3 startups. She is also the co-founder of Ndini, a blockchain-based DeFai Autonomous AI Agent that seamlessly integrates Blockchain and AI technologies, setting new standards in the digital economy.
