Caner Sevinc is Senior Counsel for Gemini in EMEA, leading regulatory and corporate strategy across the region. He specialises in crypto and fintech internationally, with a focus on licensing, regulation, product advice, M&A, corporate law, and data protection across the UK, the EU, Turkey, and the Middle East.

Before joining Gemini, he worked in top law firms and in-house roles at major crypto and payment companies, where he led licensing applications and cross-border commercial and corporate work. He is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association and a solicitor in England and Wales, and holds ICA certification in Anti-Money Laundering.
